Terms of Service

By creating an account, purchasing credits or otherwise using Flyps, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to bind it.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity in your workspace, including actions taken by API keys you issue. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

Flyps uses a prepaid credit model. One credit is priced at €0.10; equivalent prices in USD, GBP and PLN are shown at checkout using our published exchange rates. Consumption per product is displayed in the app and on our pricing page.

• Credits are debited from your workspace balance as you use paid features.
• Credits do not expire while your workspace is active.
• Bank transfer, card, PayPal and Stripe are shown at checkout; some methods may be temporarily unavailable.
• Applicable taxes are calculated based on your billing address.

Refund eligibility is covered in our Refund Policy.

Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes during your subscription. You may not resell the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.

You retain all rights in the content you upload or generate through Flyps ("Customer Content"). You grant us the limited licence necessary to host, process and display it in order to provide the service. We do not use Customer Content to train foundation models.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend workspaces that violate it or that put the platform, other customers or third parties at risk.

Flyps integrates with third-party tools that you choose to connect. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability or content.

Flyps, the Flyps name, logos, documentation and product are the exclusive property of Flyps sp. z o.o. and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. AI outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Flyps in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or if required by law. On termination, you may export your Customer Content for a limited period; unused credits are handled per our Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in San Francisco County have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to workspace admins by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
