Refund Policy

Flyps sells prepaid credits. This policy explains when a refund is available and how to request one.

This page is maintained by Flyps sp. z o.o. to answer common questions about refund policy for the Flyps platform. It's provided for information only, is not legal advice, and is not a certification. Please have your own counsel review before adapting it for your business.

Principles

Credits are a prepaid balance you can spend on any paid Flyps product. We aim to be fair: if you were charged in error, if the platform failed to deliver a paid action, or if you're a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, you shouldn't be out of pocket.

When refunds are available

  • Unused credits within 14 days of purchase for consumers in the EEA/UK, in line with statutory withdrawal rights, provided the credits haven't been used.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges — full refund of the erroneous transaction.
  • Failed platform action — where a paid action failed due to a fault on our side and could not be completed, we credit or refund the consumed credits.
  • Fraudulent charges — investigated and refunded once confirmed.

What is not refundable

  • Credits that have already been consumed by product usage, including AI model calls that returned a result.
  • Purchases outside the applicable withdrawal window where credits were used before the request.
  • Fees paid to third parties for services you connect (e.g. external LLM providers, payment fees, taxes withheld by intermediaries where non-recoverable).

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your workspace with:

  • The invoice number or order ID from your dashboard.
  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • A short reason for the request.

We respond within 5 business days and, where approved, process the refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you're unsure whether a charge is legitimate, please contact us first — most disputes are resolved within a few hours. Chargebacks opened without prior contact may lead to a workspace suspension until the dispute is resolved.

Refunds on termination

If Flyps terminates your workspace without cause, we refund the unused credit balance. If a workspace is terminated for material breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, unused credits are forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
