Acceptable Use Policy

Flyps is an AI platform for legitimate business use. This policy sets the ground rules that keep the platform safe for everyone.

Last updated · March 4, 2026

This page is maintained by Flyps sp. z o.o. to answer common questions about acceptable use policy for the Flyps platform. It's provided for information only, is not legal advice, and is not a certification. Please have your own counsel review before adapting it for your business.

Scope

This policy applies to anyone using Flyps, including your team members, contractors and any automated system operating with your API keys. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

You must not use Flyps to

  • Break the law or infringe anyone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Create or distribute malware, phishing content, spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • Generate content that sexually exploits minors, incites violence, or targets people based on protected characteristics.
  • Automate high-risk decisions (credit, employment, insurance, healthcare) without human review and appropriate safeguards.
  • Impersonate people or organisations, or misrepresent AI-generated content as human where doing so is deceptive or unlawful.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, our models or another customer's data.
  • Interfere with the service — for example by probing, scanning or overwhelming the infrastructure.
  • Bypass rate limits, quotas or the credit metering system.

Security expectations

  • Rotate API keys promptly if they may have been exposed.
  • Keep dependencies up to date when integrating our SDKs.
  • Report suspected vulnerabilities to [email protected] — do not attempt to exploit them further.

Data you push into Flyps

You are responsible for the lawful basis to process any personal information you upload. Don't upload data you're not allowed to share, including regulated data (PHI, PCI cardholder data, national ID numbers) unless your Flyps plan explicitly permits it.

Enforcement

If we believe an account is violating this policy, we may — depending on severity — reach out for clarification, throttle the workspace, suspend the offending API key or terminate access. Where we are legally required to act (for example on a valid law enforcement request), we will.

Reporting abuse

To report abuse originating from a Flyps workspace, email [email protected] with as much detail as you can share (URLs, timestamps, headers). We investigate every report.
